"No Mud, No Lotus" Amulets by Doe Zantamata
Stone: Clear Fluorite
Background: Hand painted Blue and White
Feature: Gold Colored Metal Lotus Coin
The Lotus Flower begins in the deep, murky, muddy swamp floor. As a bud it grows and reaches upward through the muck and then up through the waters to the surface. Once at the surface, it opens and blooms to a beautiful Lotus Flower, with not a trace of the darkness or mud on its petals. This is symbolic of struggles of life, making it through the mud and darkness and achieving the beauty of inner peace. Without the mud, we would not have the Lotus. Without our struggles, we would not know our strength.
The Blue and White background of these beautiful pendants represents several things. One is water, through the deep depths to the surface, in flow and rising higher. Blue as a color is representative of the Throat Chakra, "Speaking your Truth." White is the Crown Chakra, "Connection to the Divine."
Fluorite is an aura purifying stone. It naturally comes in several colors and shades of green, blue, clear, and purple. On the whole, they represent the heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. These are the higher level chakras of connection, inner peace, and purpose. One, tiny clear fluorite is embedded above the Lotus coin.
The Gold Colored Metal Lotus Coin in the center represents the reward of becoming the lotus; the blossoming of your true, strong, wise self.
I've made several Lotus Amulets. Each has 1 fluorite stone and a gold lotus coin, but each is a little different. Each one is beautiful and unique.
Original amulets by Doe Zantamata.
These unique pieces combine a background with one or several natural semi-precious stones to create a personal mantra in symbolism, colors, and stone properties. Resembling rocks in a river, each piece is carefully encased in resin and cured to create a long lasting setting and finish.
No two are alike. Each one is designed, assembled, and finished by Doe.
Each comes with a corded necklace with clasp and a detailed description of the meaning behind it and what it represents.
